To ensure accountability, efficiency and reliability in all our manufacturing processes, and to further demonstrate our serious commitment to quality, we have implemented a documented quality management system that has resulted in Certification to ISO 9001:2000 Standards.
Our quality representatives oversee every manufacturing stage, from incoming material inspection, to delivery of completed product. Independent inspection is conducted throughout, assuring our valued customers precision, high quality parts each and every time.
Testimony to this systematic quality approach is in excess of 99% of product manufactured at our Boronia facility adheres completely to our clients’ quality criteria.
In addition to our regular client audits, we are subjected to external surveillance audits every six months - we look forward to these review sessions to test & reinforce our procedures.
